-Design and implement mixed-methods studies using national and state administrative data, as well as qualitative methods (e.g., surveys, focus groups).

-Develop high-impact communication materials including policy briefs, infographics, presentations, and academic publications.

-Work with state and federal agencies to turn data into action.

-Mentor team members & help secure future funding.
